Apartment in Cecina near the sea
Just an hour and a half from our accommodation, for those who prefer the sea, we also offer a different option: a seaside apartment in Marina di Cecina, ideal for those seeking a vacation home in Cecina Mare close to the beach and amenities, while maintaining the simplicity, comfort, and hospitality that characterize our family-run business. Here, we rent our family home, a simple ground-floor apartment with a private garden. It is located at Via Volturno 13/A in Cecina Mare, in the province of Livorno, a ten-minute walk from the sea. Cecina boasts many restaurants and charming spots for spending time during the summer, and above all, the public beach, the dog-friendly beach, and the Tomboli nature reserve, offering walks, bike rides, and horseback riding, as well as uncrowded bathing spots. For those who prefer to rent lounge chairs and umbrellas, all along the coast offer this service.
Access is via a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture and a small barbecue. There is a living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom. Air conditioning and heating are available in the bedrooms and living room. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available. Since we don’t live on-site, self-check-in is only possible, and must be arranged directly and privately. Check-in is after 3:00 PM – Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are provided and changed weekly. The minimum stay is 2 nights from March to November, except during the high season, when the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Pets are welcome, but incur an additional charge of €40 for stays longer than 5 days and €20 for stays shorter than 5 nights. Tourist taxes for all guests in the first 10 days of the stay are €1 per night/person.
