The place was perfect for our needs. We wanted somewhere peaceful, quiet, and close to the different towns we wanted to visit in Tuscany. We stayed in Apartment D. It was lovely and comfortable, with lots of information from the owner. All we needed for a self-catering accommodation was provided. This place is highly recommended.
Loved the property very much peaceful and we loved Poggibonsi great rest between touring Italy !

I visited Linearis Holiday House in June with a group of 13 friends and family after we had to postpone a wedding but couldn’t cancel the airtickets.
We had three houses all equipped with everything we could possibly need. The houses were all very clean and comfortable. The gardens, pool and other common areas are very well kept and our group enjoyed eating breakfast together outside in a nice shady area . The location of the property is great for exploring Tuscany, half way between Siena and Florence and very close to San Gimignano.
Beautiful place of heaven in the heart of Tuscany. The best accomodation I have ever stayed. Calm, well equipped, colourful flowers and green plants everywhere, amazing view. Highly recommended! 🔝☺️
We spent here 5 nights from our tuscan roadtrip, the house is beautiful, really nice old farm houses that were acurately and modern renovated and renewed, super nice and caring host, perfect pool and garden, perfectly cleaned and great Covid measures,
Location in Linaris is nice and the global location in Tuscany is also great for day trips to Firence, San Gimignano or Siena,
The closer surrounding, i.e. Poggobonsi, we didnt like at all, ugly industrial city with huge traffic issues,
But still, all in all, perfect an beautiful agroturismo. We definetly recommend a stay here!
We stayed here for 5 nights in the beginning of August, we loved how the view that we had from our private terrace. The apartment was very spacious, good temperature inside and very clean. They followed the COVID guidelines well, which made it a comfortable stay. The staff is super friendly and their olive oil is delicious (we also had some free oil and wine in the room when we arrived). It is a great location to discover Tuscany, the nearby city Pogibonsi is not really of intrest but you can easily discover many other villages or vineyards around. Definitely recommend going here!
katia was a great host, the place was clean and well maintained, beautiful views of tuscany all around.. for us its already cold but the pool seems perfect for the summer! super recommended!!
Katia is a cool and great host. This place is so beautiful, everything is really lovely, a truly Tuscany gem. And love the olive trees around on the hills.
I've been here three times, once in September 2014, November 2016 and July 2017 and everytime we enjoyed something different. Pool, apartment, wandering around... The whole place has an unbelievable atmosphere, the owner is very friendly, it is near to other towns you might enjoy, you just feel like home there. Comparing to some other places/apartments in Italy, even more northern, it is super clean and fresh. You have towels, bed sheets, oil in the kitchen, wi-fi and everything you can wish for on your vacation! If looking for a real tuscan experience then you cannot find a better place to stay.

Ottima location , paesaggio incantevole , appartamenti molto organizzati e tenuti benissimo , eccellente pulizia . Proprietari molto disponibili . Assolutamente valido come location, vicino a tutte e due le città’ d’arte Sien e Firenze , con dei paesini nelle vicinanze e dei paesaggi incantevoli( Poggibonsi , Cole val D’Elsa , Certa.do Monteriggioni ).
